FUNics Comic Workshop
The Comic Event in Celebration of SHINE
This workshop is jointly organised by Funics Comix Academy and The Association of Comic Artists (Singapore), in celebration of SHINE, a youth festival supported by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and the National Youth Council. The aim is to impart the techniques of creating a comic, as well as to stimulate participant's creativity and imagination. Participants will also be able to learn about how their creations can be published comemercially through interaction with the local comic artists.

Dates: 02 & 09 July 2005 (Saturday)
Time: 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Workshop Duration: 3 hours per workshop (inclusive of a 20 mins break)

FUNics artists has conducted a Live Comic Demo session using Adobe CS2 products during the Adobe CS2 Roadshow (Singapore ). We will be demonstrating the new features, the "Live Paint" effects in the new Adobe Illustrator CS2.

FUNics and LRT@59B
LRT@59B is a space dedicated for comics, arts and anything creative. Located at the 3rd level of a shophouse along Jalan Besar (diagonally opposite Sim Lim Tower ), this space also houses FUNics Comix Academy , both under the umbrella of FUNics Productions.
LRT@59B focuses on providing courses and workshops that are related to comics, creativity, contemporary arts and other art forms. We will also be running related mini events and exhibitions on a regular basis.
LRT@59B welcome anyone who is creative or like comics & arts to visit our place and to take part in our activities. We also welcome ALL artists who is keen to conduct related courses or activites to contact us!
